As President, Kurt utilizes his wealth planning expertise and innovative strategies to empower his clients to identify and reach their personal, financial, philanthropic, and business goals. 

For the past twenty years, Kurt has been mastering the ability to integrate the intricacies of both the non-financial and financial aspects of his clients' lives into the wealth planning process. 

Kurt was the Founder and President of Rauzi, Neeley, Armanino, and Powers, Ltd., a family wealth counseling firm located in Northern California. He is also a past president of the San Francisco chapter of the Society of Financial Service Professionals and is currently a member of the San Francisco Estate Planning Council.

In addition to these professional affiliations, Kurt is also actively involved with his community. He is the President and Co-Founder of the California Delta Habitat and Education Foundation and serves as a board member for the Habitat Stewardship Foundation. He also supports the Bay Area Chapter of FCA.

Kurt received his Bachelors in Business Administration from California State University Sacramento in 1981, and thereafter received his Chartered Financial Consultant Designation from the American College Bryn Mawr, PA.  He is a native of Stockton California.  Kurt and his wife Tanya, and their four children, reside in Ross, Marin County, California.
