Steven R. Rutledge, Chief Compliance Officer and Director of Insurance

In his role as Chief Compliance Officer and Director of Insurance, Steven coordinates and oversees all aspects of insurance and compliance as it relates to Navitas and its clients.  He also plays a crucial part in achieving each client's personal, family and financial goals. Steven serves as the central management of the Planning, Implementation and Membership phases of the Navitas process. He works with the Navitas team as well as the client's outside advisors to ensure every detail of the process is completed accurately and timely.  To accomplish this, Steven supports the Client Advisors, and coordinates the in-house flow of information. In addition to these management duties, Steven serves as a point of contact for clients during all phases of the Navitas process. Steven ensures that the client, the client's outside advisors and members of the Navitas team remain on focus to complete the client's goals.

Prior to joining Navitas, Steven was employed by the Hester Advisory Group, Inc. He held various positions in the organization including sales, client service, and underwriting coordination. 

Currently, Steven is involved in several community and church organizations.  As a graduate of Mississippi State University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Management, Steven remains actively involved in the University alumni association. Steven and his wife Kim have been married for 17 years. They have four children ranging in ages from 18 months to 16 years old.  Steven and his family live in Sallis, Mississippi.
