Because of foundational issues within our culture, almost every family has someone who is struggling in finding a career direction or life path – from high school students considering college, college students not knowing what to major in, college graduates rethinking what career they want to pursue, to older adults wanting to make a mid-life career change.
Although we did not initially envision career and life coaching as a Navitas core service, over years of working with families, we realized that it is a huge need for almost every family we serve.
As a result, we have put together an individualized process that can help clients, regardless of where they are in life, determine the “next steps” they need to take. This process may include some career assessment or education about “what is out there” in the world of work or even networking with contacts we have in virtually every area of work. We always design a plan to meet the specific needs of each person – a ‘cookie cutter’ approach will not work.
The impact of this service has been powerful -- we have been extremely successful in guiding many individuals into new and fulfilling life directions.
