Financially successful families inherently know that they must transfer strong values and character to their children along with financial assets or all will eventually be lost.

One of the most repeated messages we hear from our clients is that they want to transfer their family’s values to the younger generations and that they are concerned about the development of positive character qualities for their children and grandchildren.

Rather, we work closely and personally with our families (and with multiple generations and numerous family units) to both develop and implement a plan of coaching – to help parents understand what needs to take place for a child (regardless of his/her age) to develop a good work ethic, to not engender a sense of entitlement, and to have a proper understanding of the purpose of financial wealth in one’s life.

We consider it an honor to “walk along side” families through different life stages for many years, and see family members mature into healthy, contributing members of society.
